Lately I've been wanting to avoid a slump, develop new skills, talents, challenge myself, etc. This is what I came up with........
Every week to have a "new experience"- for example try a new recipe, run 1/2 mile farther, create something new. To guide my motivation, I will post on the blog every Sunday about that weeks "new experience" Feel free to check it out!!!!
