Substitions

A few substitutions I've made in the kitchen lately......
A food processor can double as a mixer, especially for creaming butter and sugar. And......... who needs a spatula when you can use a cheese slicer?!?! Note: a cheese slicer from Savers not an expensive one from Europe......
