Working Wednesday

Tonight I went to "work"-hulling strawberries!!! You can see the huller on the left side of the picture-green top with silver bottom. A month ago my mom gave each of her daughters (daughter in law included) a strawberry huller.

It is quite a nifty device! Takes all the work out of getting the top off-without getting TOO much off the top. Push down on the green button, insert, close, twist and you have yourself a hulled strawberry! Once that was done I put them in food dehydrator-one of the best used Christmas gifts I have EVER recieved :)
