Guess what- I'm a "FUN HATER"
Yes, according to one of my 5th grade students (twice) today, I am a "FUN HATER!" Personally, I take it as a compliment. I'm hoping it's like being a "mean mother"- it means you are doing something right! As I was leaving work today, this student had turned his chair upside down and was trying to stand on it. Hmmmmm....

That's so funny! I've heard that about the "Meanest Mom" comment. I'm sure it will break my heart the first time I hear it and be practically music to my ears every subsequent occasion.
You're right! That is a compliment. Only in a school setting, though. The rest of the time, I'm pretty darn sure you're a FunLover.
Don't worry, according to Carter yesterday, I'm the "meanest Mom he's ever had."
Come to think of it, I guess that's true . . .
